About Us

The Pines Condominiums is a beautiful collection of individually owned residential units located in one of Houston’s most prestigous and desirable neighborhoods. The Pines is located in the award winning Spring Branch Independent school district and is zoned to Frostwood Elementary School, Memorial Middle School and Memorial High School. The Pines is located centrally between the West-side energy corridor and downtown Houston.

The community is family and pet friendly consisting of one, two and three bedroom condominiums totaling 254 units. We have beautifully maintained landscaping, assigned private parking, a community club house and 2 full size swimming pools. The community is located in close proximity to all major top notch medical facilities including Memorial Hermann Hospital, Town and Country physician center. In addition, the community is located less than a mile away from City Centre’s collection of award winning restaurants and shops and nearby Memorial City Mall and numerous outdoor parks and recreation facilities.

HOA Board

The HOA Board at The Pines is a group of volunteers working for the owners and residents of The Pines Condominium Association in Houston TX. The HOA Board meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month either by zoom or at The Pines Office. We would encourage all members to participate and attend the meetings. However, it is important that if you desire to speak and bring any concerns to the attention of the HOA Board, a protocol must follow.

Each owner will be required to contact the office manager no later than a week prior to the meeting if he/she desires to bring any matter to the attention of the HOA Board. The property’s owner and/or resident will require to submit a written request with the Office manager with the following information:

1. Name
2. Address
3. Phone number and Email
4. Topic he/she wishes to bring to the attention of the board.

The owner and/or resident will be given 5 minutes time windows to present his/her concern to the HOA Board. The HOA board has the right to limit the time of the presenter if this one is beyond the 5 minutes allocated. The 5 minutes does not include the time members of the HOA Board are responding to the presenter.

The openness of the HOA board meeting does not mean that all matters will be discussed in public. Many matters may be required to be discussed in private. The confidential nature of these matters may include but are not limited to deeds, restriction violations, personnel, and legal matters. It is important to note that the people serving on the HOA Boards are volunteers and NOT paid members of the community. The HOA board encourages all owners to show interest in the property and encouraged to participate either by voting or becoming active members of the HOA Board themselves.

The Pines Manager, located in the office at 12633 Memorial Drive, will gladly provide information regarding the various facilities, activities and organizations as well as answer any additional questions you may have. The phone number is 713-467-8412. The office hours are from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (with one hour for lunch between 12m-1pm). The office is closed on weekends and federal holidays. (Maybe add a pic of the office if available)
